    Das Schlachgewicht ist das Tier mit Fell ohne Haupt (Kopf) und Läufe.

     

    Als Beispiel:
    Gams mit 20 kg (Schlachtgewicht) x 15.00 CHF ergibt ca. 10 kg Fleisch

    inkl.Metzger

     

    20kg x 15.00 CHF = 300.00 CHF
     

    Normalerweise wiegt ein Gams zwischen 20-30 kg
